Jim Steinlage is an innovative thought leader who has been involved with the technology industry since 1970. His strong work ethic led him to a leadership role in what is now one of the Big Four accounting firms. In 1985, Jim ventured away from his accounting and consulting career to start what has become Choice Solutions. Choice Solutions is a technology company with a consultative foundation. Its primary focus is to provide its customers with Choices when solving their complex business challenges. As CEO, Jim has grown Choice Solutions into an elite organization through his servant leadership style and passion for technology. The company currently serves over 500 companies across 23 states.
Jim has a unique ability for recognizing new, game-changing technologies. Success with early adoption has earned Jim the privilege of invitation to and participation in partner Advisory Councils with the likes of Citrix, VMware, Veeam Software, Nutanix, RES (Ivanti) Software, Unitrends, Cohesity, Pillar Data (Oracle), and EqualLogic (Dell), to name a few. Jim established an early partnership with Citrix in 1993 that is still going strong. Due to this long-term partnership, Choice Solutions was recognized at the 2017 Citrix Summit as a Citrix All-Star. Choice Solutions has also earned the RES (Ivanti) Software 2016 Excellence Award and was honored to be on the Tech Elite 250 list in 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2018.

Outside of the office Jim, loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Janice, and their four children’s families, and 13 grandchildren. His personal passions are his faith, involvement in church, his family, landscaping, mountain and lake activities, fitness, volunteering for service activities and the Kansas State Wildcats.
Shane Steinlage is a results-oriented leader with 20 years of experience. He began his career in sales, fresh out of college, as an Account Manager at Choice Solutions. Shane became the Chief Operations Officer when the Steinlage family gained majority ownership of the company in 2009. His attention to detail, compassion, and constant focus on conquering challenges prepared Shane for his role as COO and has made him a successful business leader.
Shane oversees all company departments and directly manages accounting, sales operations, marketing, and the service delivery teams. He is a proven leader in delivering organizational transformation while managing cost and improving the speed of delivery and production quality in a technology-driven business. Experienced in multiple disciplines, with stewardship for corporate strategy, product management and development, IT operations, business operations, sales, partnerships, and customer care.
Outside of the office, Shane spends time with his family, hits the slopes when time allows, and cheers for the Kansas State Wildcats.

Brian Steinlage is primarily responsible for business development and sales in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and South Florida markets. Additionally, Brian is a co-leader of the overall sales organization including developing and building a team of trusted professionals. He is proud to lead this team as it’s always been a dream to create a high performing sales organization that could accomplish the annual revenue goals of the company, while still operating with integrity and doing the right thing.
Brian started at Choice Solutions in January of 1999, two years after graduating from Kansas State University School of Business with a degree in Ag-Marketing. His first exposure to technology came from an early sales role in the wireless industry where he quickly learned how a properly applied new technology can be a game changer for business growth. Brian revels in the challenges and opportunities of leadership and growth; from his time in the Marine Corps to his role at Choice, he is enthused by the process and the potential in each individual if they are willing to stretch themselves to set a worthy goal, commit to a process, and struggle through the grind to accomplish that goal.
Outside of the office, Brian loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Jessie, and their three kids. He loves supporting his kids’ interests, whether he is out camping with his two boys, and their Boy Scout Troop, or attending his daughter’s dance recital. His personal passions are his faith, his family, reading, fitness, and loudly cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats. He loves playing an active role in life!
Dana Steinlage is primarily responsible for business development and sales in the Nebraska and Iowa offices as well as aspects of Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, Dana is co-leader of the overall sales organization including developing and building a team of trusted professionals. He enjoys the process of engaging in business, technology, and people discussions with organizations while introducing new ideas, solutions and services to solve challenges and align with business strategies and goals.
Dana started at Choice Solutions in June of 2000 after graduating from the Kansas State University School of Business with a degree in Marketing. Early on he was involved with operational roles as a service coordinator and inside sales support. These positions were opportunities to learn the industry, business, and understand the value Choice Solutions provides to organizations which led to serving customers as a Senior Account Manager. Dana has been a Partner since 2009. He is a steadfast leader with a strong work ethic striving for excellence and integrity in all matters.
Outside the office, Dana is married with four children. His family enjoys being active in their church and school. Additional hobbies include coaching youth basketball, playing sports with his kids, watching their activities, and rooting for area sports teams.
Brad Horsley is an entrepreneurial technology professional. He has been involved in the industry since 1982, in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. In 2009, he made the leap onto a new path, joining Choice Solutions as a Partner and Chief Technology Officer alongside his longtime friend, Jim Steinlage. Choice Solutions is a technology company with a consultative foundation. Its primary focus is to provide its customers with Choices when solving their complex business challenges. Brad has propelled Choice Solutions into an elite organization through his extensive knowledge and technical skillset. The company currently serves over 500 companies across 23 states.
As a Partner and CTO, Brad develops mid- to long-term technology roadmaps in line with the overall corporate strategy to reflect emerging technology trends. He builds trusted vendor partnerships to enable Choice Solutions to provide its customers with choices. He has developed a partner ecosystem to ensure that innovation is seamlessly incorporated into the company’s strategy and future. Brad’s technical vision for Choice Solutions, and the industry, has earned him the right to be a part of multiple advisory boards including: VMware Partner Technology Advisory Board, ConnectWise Partner Innovation Network, and the LabTech Partner Innovation Network.
Outside of the office Brad can be found riding his motorcycle, golfing, and traveling to Cocoa Beach with his family.
Lindsay Clayton is the Director of Sales Operations and Accounting. She joined the Choice Solutions team in February 2001 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly gained a vast knowledge of the processes and inner workings of the company. Shortly after joining the team, Lindsay assumed the responsibility for overseeing procurement which eventually led to the development of the Sales Operations team in 2007. This team is instrumental in providing the Choice Experience to our sales team internally as well as to our customers. In addition to providing leadership to the Sales Operations team, Lindsay also handles all day to day financial responsibilities for the company.
Understanding the importance of relationships, efficiency, and attention to detail in an industry that is constantly changing, Lindsay and her team continually evaluate processes to ensure optimal results.
Lindsay graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO. Both she and her husband were college athletes, so they are an avid sports family with the majority of their free time spent cheering on their children at their numerous sporting events or watching their favorites college and professional sports.
Alesia Schulz is the Human Resources Manager at Choice Solutions. Alesia joined the team in 2019 after having served as human resources consultant for several businesses. Prior to her consulting experience, Alesia was the Human Resources Manager for the Tennessee Titans in Nashville. She started the HR department for the team and handled all aspects of human resources including on-boarding, off-boarding, recruitment, employee relations, compensation planning, performance management, benefits management and overall human resources planning and strategy. Alesia knows that its team members are the greatest asset at Choice and loves helping them strive for greatness. Being a part of HR allows her the opportunity to help others achieve personal and professional success within their own lives and roles within the organization. Helping others and being in a people-centric leadership role is where her passion is, which is what made her decision to be a part of the Choice Family so easy.
Alesia is a SHRM-CP, has an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
Alesia and her husband have young children. She is an avid sports fan, and especially enjoys cheering on her Auburn Tigers. She and her family enjoy traveling anywhere Southwest flies and being outside as much as possible.
Cindy’s life changing career at Enron has fueled her devotion to building cultures where solid values do not just exist on the walls of the corporate office, but are embedded in the “Hearts and Minds” of the people that work there. She believes that corporate culture is the primary driver of a company’s performance, yet is often over looked as a key business strategy.
The need for an innovative culture is more important than ever and through Cindy’s experience at Enron she played a key role in helping shape that innovative culture, becoming the first company to ever top Fortunes Most Innovative List for 6 years running. Through her actual experience, Cindy advises other organizations on what must happen to have that kind of disruptive innovation occur in an organization. With Cindy’s background and knowledge of technology she recognizes the criticality of an employee experience being delivered in a digital world and the necessity for HR and IT to partner to create Business Transformation. Cindy is adamant that engaged talent not only delivers on corporate objectives but creates better lives for the employees that work there. Because of Cindy’s passion for helping people love what they do and the effect it has on a companies ability to stay relevant and competitive, she has established the Choice Strategic Alliance.
With 25+ years of experience in very diverse industries, Liam’s true passion lies in inspiring technology teams in ever-changing, rapidly growing environments using a measured approach.
Liam started at Choice Solutions in September of 2019. Prior to joining Choice, Liam spent three years as the Vice President of Managed Services Operations at DataBank LLC., where he was responsible for providing visionary leadership for a $20 million-dollar cloud-based service. Preceding his time at Databank, Liam spent 19 years as the CTO of NPG Company and was both a customer and partner of Choice.
Among the list of professional accomplishments, Liam holds most dearly, his ability to build, lead and maintain strong technical teams.
Outside the office, Liam is married and has 5 children. He is very active in the soccer community. Additional hobbies include coaching and playing soccer, watching the kids activities and dabbles in photography.
As Director of the Project Management Office, Glen Tibaldeo is responsible for the governance of all Customer and internal projects at Choice Solutions. He enjoys relationship-building, driving Customer value and satisfaction, and streamlining systems and processes to enable the repeatable success and enrichment of his colleagues and Customers.
After graduating from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Glen entered Big Four accounting to immediately transition to leading teams through the full lifecycle of large systems development/integration projects. He then founded Contempra Solutions and the Berdeo Group where he led mega-projects and built PMOs for companies exclusively in the Fortune 1000 and larger. From that experience, he brings a mindset of process automation, measurement, and continuous improvement contributing to Choice Solutions’ philosophy of always enhancing the Choice experience. He holds certificates as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional.
When not at work, Glen is married to Laura, who he met at the big four firm. He is quite active in his undergraduate alumni association, is an amateur chef, Amazon bestselling author of Radical Sabbatical, audiophile, and travels at every opportunity,
Jeff Tauscher joined Choice Solutions as General Counsel in 2018. As General Counsel, he is responsible for managing and supporting all legal functions and matters for Choice Solutions.
Jeff previously practiced law with the law firm of Seigfreid, Bingham, Levy, Selzer & Gee in Kansas City, Missouri and with the law firm of Gelt & Grassgreen in Denver, Colorado. While in private practice, his areas of practice focused primarily on general corporate and business law and taxation matters. Jeff graduated from Kansas State University in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned his law degree from the University of Kansas in 1998. He also received an LLM in taxation from Denver University in 2003.
Jeff is married with two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending his daughters’ activities, and traveling when time allows. He is active with his church and enjoys watching the Royals, Chiefs, Sporting KC, and Wildcats
Ellie joined Choice Solutions in May 2014 as the Marketing Intern. After graduating from college in May 2015, she accepted the full-time position of Digital Marketing Specialist. In 2017, she took on the role of Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, Ellie is responsible for the marketing, communication, and culture development efforts of the organization. In addition to strategic marketing efforts, she directs digital marketing, branding, thought leadership content and website development. She manages and oversees the technology partner programs, marketing events, employee engagement, sales enablement and more.
Ellie is extremely well-organized and is a meticulous planner. She is excellent in establishing open dialog with various team members to understand their ideas and input that might benefit from the marketing team’s assistance. She thrives on inspiring others to bet against the law of averages and is an advocate for her team’s strengths. As she moves off the beaten path she is fully aware that she will meet obstacles, but, these obstacles are part of the fun, a sure sign that she is going where few have gone before.
She attended Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2015. Ellie also has a love for locally brewed coffee, an appreciation for the craftsmanship of Napa’s vineyards and enjoys snowboarding in the Rockies.
